7/9/7 at 9am:
Prefermentation (patches of yeast on the surface, stationary bubbles around edge)
7/9/7 5:30pm:
fermentation has started.
7/10/7:
fermentation going strong, churning, etc
7/14/7:
Fermentation slowed down.
