This photo isn’t that interesting I guess. However, the date on it is the 18th of August. As of this typing, the wheat beer it is supposed to produce is still fermenting in the carboy.
I dumped it in the fermenter, pitched the yeast, saw bubbles a few days later. It kept up low bubbly activity for about a week and a half, then it started bubbling more energetically. It’s been doing THAT for the past week and a half.
This was supposed to be in bottles at this point
I don’t know what’s going on with it — I’m getting impatient!
