Was talking with a coworker about auger accidents.. I realize that I know, through old classmates, several people who have had pretty horrific accidents — things you wouldn’t expect, I guess.
Examples:

Hoodie drawstring caught in auger (died)

Drank antifreeze thinking it was Kool-aid (died)

Leg caught in auger (lived, but minus a limb)
