Situation: b0rken/corrupted SVN repository. Suggestion is to run recover. I get this.

svn: bdb: PANIC: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery
svn: bdb: PANIC: Permission denied
svn: bdb: DB_ENV->log_put: 21: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery

I’m running dbrecovery!

Funny thing is, it fixed the problem.

Update: It kept happening, so we switched from database to filesystem for our repositories.
