For posterity, my thrice-weekly workout program. Building a stronger, faster me in seven easy steps!
- Daily pushups based on current progress in the hundred pushups program. Currently I am redoing week 4, tier 1, and am using knuckle pushups
- 15 minute jog on the treadmill. 10 minutes of that at around 6mph.
- Escrima stick techniques for about 10 minutes
- Juggling three balls for about 10-15 minutes in kiba dachi
- Stretches
- Spiderman or lunges, depending on how my legs feel
- Perhaps some leg techniques or blocks
A good time had by all!
