For posterity, my thrice-weekly workout program. Building a stronger, faster me in seven easy steps!

  1. Daily pushups based on current progress in the hundred pushups program. Currently I am redoing week 4, tier 1, and am using knuckle pushups
  2. 15 minute jog on the treadmill. 10 minutes of that at around 6mph.
  3. Escrima stick techniques for about 10 minutes
  4. Juggling three balls for about 10-15 minutes in kiba dachi
  5. Stretches
  6. Spiderman or lunges, depending on how my legs feel
  7. Perhaps some leg techniques or blocks

A good time had by all!
