OS Manga… who knew?

I was reading this article about lamest computer/software mascots and learned about OS Tan. Who knew there was an entire subculture surrounding the anthropomorphising of operating systems?

To quote the first link:

Windows flavors are most often depicted as saucer-eyed girls with underwear management issues. … But we’re partial to Windows 98 SE, who seems to have come to life as an angry paper bag.
