Fruit Smoothie. Makes 38 oz.:
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 navel orange
1 banana
5 strawberries
15 raspberries
31 blueberries
1/2 T sugar
12 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Rinse all ingredients (except the ice and sugar, that’s just silly)
- Cube apple, crush in blender
- Peel and slice orange, add to blender and crush
- Remove tops from strawberries, slice in half, then blend in blender
- With blender running on frappe, add whole banana
- With blender running, add raspberries and blueberries
- Once mixture is fully liquid, begin adding ice cubes one at a time.
- Once ice is crushed, add sugar and blend
Fun side-effect: this drink appears to cure wine hangovers.

your concoction just made my top 10 list of wonderfull things to throw in a blender. I do smoothies everyday and this is an instant favorite for me. This will surely be the staple of my sunday morning diet. My 10-year old son loves it, and he doesn’t even drink!!!
