Since lots of other people do this, I guess I should too. Here’s a list of the plugins I use on my blog:

Related Entries Displays a list of related posts/pages based on keywords. Sometimes it’s a little funny, but for the most part it seems to work well. I’m not really sure how it decides what to link.
Blacklist An auto-blacklist plugin for spam prevention. Checks comments against a list of blacklisted IPs, authors, URLs, etc. It worked really well for me until somehow my IP got into the list. Still, it catches about 90% of the spam posts I get.
EZ-Scrobbler I wrote this Displays Last.fm recently played tracks in the sidebar
Netflix Shows your current Netflix movie queue in the sidebar

You can also check out this list of the top WordPress plugins. I need to install Akismet and see how well it works.

For theme, I’m using one from Connections from Vanilla Mist… which, I guess, a lot of people use. I just like the colors and contrast — I did change the banner image, though.

Also, a cool Firefox plugin one can try is Performancing. It lets you post to your blog directly from your browser. Super handy so you don’t have to login to your admin or whatever. It’s really nice if you’re at a site and just want to blog about it real quickly.
