What exactly is the etiquette of the following situation:
You go out to the back deck to have a smoke. You’re talking with a friend, then you realize that the next door neighbor’s party has induced one individual to imbibe to the point of puking. Puking over the edge of their deck. (for clarity: the deck is built on top of a shared roof).
So do you offer assistance? Glass of water?
This chick was just sort of leaning over the neighbor’s deck railing, barfing on the roof.
Unfortunate and nasty.
